New Headquarters gets massive spicy FlexCase signs

From humble beginnings in 1963, Bart Ingredients has grown to become one of Britain’s largest Herbs & Spices companies.

Capitol Signs were appointed to undertake the design, manufacture & installation of signage for Bart Ingredients new 139,061 sq.ft. Headquarters in Bristol.

The brief was to supply signs that could be seen from the nearby motorway system and help guide transport and visitors into the site. We came up with the solution by installing two 17m x 4m internally illuminated LED FlexCase signs.

WHAT IS A FLEXCASE SIGN?

FlexCase signs are primarily used within retail/industrial parks because of size requirements and weight restrictions. The face of the sign is a printed PVC skin that is then tensioned around an Aluminium box frame. The LED illumination is hidden within the box and will illuminate the printed skin/graphics from behind.

To get these giant sized signs in place at a height of approx 18m we had to operate some very large lifts. Mission complete! and now Bart Ingredients have put their new H.Q. firmly on the map.
