New agents office is now firmly on the map

The Bristol Residential Letting Company are one of Bristol’s most successful letting agents.

Having supplied the signage for all their existing offices, Capitol Signs were appointed to work alongside the Marketing Team to create design ideas and planning specification documents to secure planning.

Upon approval of planning we began to manufacture the new signage to put their latest office firmly on the map.

To begin with we fabricated a 10m long Aluminium Tray Sign with return edges, this was then painted in our own paint shop to their corporate colour. We then fabricated their name style in 300mm high built up individual Stainless Steel letters, again painted to match the corporate colours.

To give the whole new sign the WOW! factor we installed white LED’s inside the individual letters which creates a halo effect warm glow when illuminated.

We finished off by adding Contravision vinyl graphics onto the office windows to inform potential clients of the agent’s services.
